Lauren is 2 months old!

I took Lauren to her 2 month well check on Feb 24th. I also had an appointment for Izabella for her 11 year old well check. Both of them came out having 4 shots, poor girls. Lauren weighed in at 12 lbs 11oz (she's gained 6 1/2 lbs in 2 months = fatty) and was 22 1/2 in long (grown 3 inches). I'd tell you how much Izzy weighed, but I think she'd get mad, but she was 59 1/2 inches tall. Anyways, here are some pics of the younger 2 girls on Laurens 2 month birthday.

Izabella's birthday and my sisters visit

Izabella turned 11 on February 11th of 2011. She was pretty stoked about that. What made her birthday even better was that my sister Liz and her family decided to drive down to spend the weekend with us! The crappy part was that the day before they left Rich (my bro in law) had a fever all day, but by evening he was feeling better, so they decided to make the drive down. They got here around 6pm, and thankfully I'd made a Lasagna for dinner so I had enough to feed them (plus then there wasn't so many leftovers!). Rob got home from work closer to 7pm, so after we all had dinner we opened presents and had cake.

Cake time!

Friday night I guess Rich was really sick in the middle of the night. His fever had come back and I think Liz said at one point it was over 105 degrees. She kept saying that she thought he was going to die. I just thought 'here we go again.' Every time someone has come down to visit us, they have gotten sick while here. My poor babies end up getting secluded upstairs to try and prevent them from catching the cold. Liz took Rich to the Dr on Saturday night and the Dr said he had the swine flu. So the next morning they left. Luckily, I was the only one that got sick, and it wasn't nearly as bad as what Rich had... But on Saturday Izabella, Liz, Willow, Elwyn and I all went to Skateland to go roller skating. I think Liz and I had the most fun - she'll tell you her favorite part was when I biffed it in front of some old people that were hanging out at the rink. Old people = in their 60's.
