After church on March 17th, we drove up to Pinetop to spend 2 nights at a cabin. Pinetop is about 3 hours away. I bought a deal on Groupon for a 2 night stay in a fully furnished cabin for $179. It was so nice to get away, and so nice that Rob has his own business so we can do what we want whenever we want.
We hoped that there would be some snow for the girls, and there was, but not much. Just the stuff that hadn't melted yet from being in the shade. We got there late Sunday night and left Tuesday morning.

The resort we stayed at has a rec center. It is complete with a fitness center, pool tables, basketball and racquetball courts, a pool and jacuzzi. The girls just swam in the pool even though it was freezing. Look at poor Lyla :( Izzy decided to play basketball instead of swimming.
After lunch, we drove to a park that has a big lake complete with a walking trail. On the way there, Lauren fell asleep. Izzy volunteered to stay in the car with her while Rob and I took Lyla and Lyndsey on a walk.
We walked the length of the parking lot before Lyla noticed a playground. We spent the next 20 minutes there and then headed home. She loved the huge pinecones!
The resort also had mini golf. I think they got to the 5th hole before we were so annoyed with Lauren not listening that we left.
On the way home, Lyla puked in the car. Good times.
