Lyla's a fish!

The day before I had Lyndsey, Lyla started swimming lessons at my neighbors house.  I went the first day, missed the next 2 and then went all but one day the next week (she had a total of 7 lessons).  She had the same teacher as last year and has really turned into a fish!

This was on the 6th day.  She was pretty mad about going.  I have no idea why.  She's dramatic.

Lauren's favorite thing about swimming with Papa Tom was learning the song 'Motorboat'.  She still sings it!

Lyla's pretty much a professional swimmer now.  We are about ready to be done with swim season, much to the girls dismay :(

Lyndsey's newborn pictures

I love my friend Lisa-Marie's photography skills.  She's got a customer for life, as long as neither of us move too far apart :)  These were taken on June 26th.  She was almost 3 weeks old.

Lyndsey's Blessing and Our 4th Anniversary - June 24th, 2012

This year our anniversary fell on a Sunday, which also happened the be the only Sunday that my parents and Rob's parents were here.  We decided to have Lyndsey blessed at home that day because so many people were here.  Rob says that he only celebrates anniversaries on the "5's" so we didn't do anything except go out to dinner on a different day.

 We had some of my frietnds join us for the blessing but didn't take any pictures with them.  I'm terrible.  Thanks to Grandma Jan for taking almost all of these pictures.  Sorry, Lisa, Mickayla and the Ray family for not being included :(

Rob's 33rd birthday - June 21st, 2012

This year, we were lucky enough to have Rob's parents here with us to celebrate his birthday.  It was only because of the baby, but it was still awesome that they could be here.  He had to work that day and Izzy had left for girls camp that morning, so we had dinner the night before and then Tom, Jan, Lyndsey and I all drove over to his work to meet him for lunch.

Jan made Rob his favorite cake for his birthday.  Angel food cake with orange icing.  I think the girls were more excited about his birthday than he was.  He had gotten a new GPS for his birthday back in April when we went to Utah so he only got cards from all of us.
