Lyla's FIRST haircut!

Today I gave Lyla her first haircut EVER!  I was pretty sad about it, but she's turning 4 next week so it's about time all that "baby hair" gets cut off :(  

I cut off about 6 inches.  As you can see, when it's straight it was down to her bum.  My mom cut my hair when I was three up to my shoulders.  A year and a half later, it was back to my bum.  Her hair is like mine, it'll grow back!!!
